The Role

You will focus on workers’ compensation defense matters, representing employers and insurers in a range of claims and litigation proceedings.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing workers’ compensation defense cases from start to finish

• Representing employers and insurers in hearings and litigation proceedings

• Drafting legal pleadings, motions, and settlement strategies

• Communicating with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Building strong case strategies while maintaining billable productivity

Requirements

• Workers’ compensation defense experience representing employers or insurers
