The Role
You will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including:
• Auto and motor vehicle accident litigation
• Trucking and transportation defense
• Premises liability and general tort matters
• Complex civil litigation defense cases
Attorneys will gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial.
