⚖️ The Role

• Handle matters involving Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and creditors’ rights
• Support creditors, lenders, and businesses in restructurings and disputes
• Draft motions, appear in court, and manage litigation responsibilities
• Work on related commercial and business litigation matters

🎯 What They’re Looking For

• Experience in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, restructurings, or related litigation
• Familiarity with Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13 matters
• Massachusetts litigation experience with court appearances and motion practice
• Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused mindset
• Someone collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
