Key Duties:
- Defend employers and carriers in workers’ compensation claims from investigation through hearings
- Review medical records, prepare for and attend depositions, and handle motion practice
- Represent clients at mediations, formal hearings, and related proceedings
- Manage caseloads involving contested claims, liens, and return-to-work issues
Requirements:
- JD and active New Jersey bar
- 3–7 years of workers’ compensation or related insurance defense experience
