Corporate Attorney | Hackensack, NJ (Remote Flexible) – $230K
Our client is a well-established New Jersey firm founded in the 1970’s and headquartered in Hackensack, with an additional White Plains office. The practice began as corporate counsel to businesses and executives and still handles formation, transactions, governance, and related commercial work for companies ranging from start-ups to established multi-million-dollar businesses. The bench includes Ivy League-trained attorneys and multiple retired New Jersey judges, giving the firm unusual credibility with courts and clients.

Key Duties:
- Handle corporate formations, governance, and commercial contracts
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related transaction documents
- Advise companies and executives on structuring, risk, and day-to-day business issues
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and related commercial transactions
- Work with clients on succession, financing, and other corporate matters as they arise
Requirements:
- JD and active New Jersey bar (New York a plus)
- 4–8 years of strong corporate or commercial transactional experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
