Join a highly specialized real estate platform advising developers, investors, lenders and other stakeholders on complex affordable housing, tax credit and community development transactions across the country.

Platform 🏛️

Specialist Community Development Practice: Work on sophisticated transactions involving affordable housing, New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Tax Credits (HTCs) and broader community development projects.

Complex Transactional Exposure: Advise on multi-layered real estate, finance, corporate and tax-credit transactions involving developers, lenders, investors and public-sector stakeholders.

Meaningful Deal Responsibility: Gain hands-on involvement across transaction structuring, drafting, due diligence, negotiations and closings rather than operating within a heavily siloed deal team.

Responsibilities 💼

• Support and manage complex real estate, finance and community development transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate real estate, financing, entity and closing documentation
• Assist with transactions involving NMTCs, HTCs and related state tax-credit programs

Requirements 🎯

• Approximately 4 years of transactional legal experience
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
• Strong drafting, communication and transactional skills
• Genuine interest in affordable housing, community development or tax-credit finance
• Prior NMTC, HTC, affordable housing, HUD or real estate finance experience is highly desirable but not essential
