I am currently working with a firm who are actively seeking multiple Insurance Coverage Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice across the country. Here are the headlines:

The Role

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.

The Package

• Up to $200K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
