Insurance Defense Attorney | Boston, MA (Hybrid) – $175K
Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $175K, plus billable bonuses of up to $45,000
Practice: Insurance defense. General liability, premises, products, and casualty files for carriers and corporate insureds in Massachusetts courts.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Defend general liability, premises, products, and casualty claims in Massachusetts courts.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial.
- Report to carriers on exposure.
Requirements:
- JD and active Massachusetts bar
- 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months
