🚨 Civil Litigation Attorney | Fully Remote – $250K
Location/Schedule: Fully remote. New York bar required. No office days.
Base Salary: $250K
Practice: New York commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract disputes and high-exposure casualty matters for corporate clients. Appearances are the only time you need to be in the city.
Our client is a national litigation firm, about 1,300 lawyers and close to 50 offices, that opened a large new Manhattan office Roots are in complex civil defense. The commercial and coverage practices now sit next to it. This seat is fully remote. You come in for a hearing or a deposition.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Litigate New York commercial and complex civil disputes in state and federal court.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, including coverage-related business disputes.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Appear for hearings and trial when the case needs it.
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- 4–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months
