Who They’re Looking For:
- 3 years of insurance coverage, including handling complex insurance coverage matters, including analyzing coverage issues under commercial general liability, D&O, professional liability, cyber, property, and other insurance policies. Experience handling insurance coverage litigation, bad-faith disputes, appeals, and drafting coverage analyses, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs is a plus.
- Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- Excellent written & oral advocacy skills.
- JD & active license in PA (additional state bars is a plus).
