Base Salary: Up to $190k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions across multiple asset classes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development transactions.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and joint venture agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with lenders, investors, and other parties.
- Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams on sophisticated, multi-party transactions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active GA bar.
- 3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
