What You Will Do
As a Service Technician, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural and light construction equipment in both shop and field settings.
Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing, servicing, setting up, and repairing agricultural and light construction equipment

Performing work both in the shop and in the field as needed

Completing reports, work orders, and documentation related to repairs and service

Maintaining current knowledge of equipment, systems, and service procedures

Participating in manufacturer training and continuing education opportunities

Following all safety guidelines and shop procedures
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, mechanical skill, and the ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least one year of related mechanical or equipment repair experience

Own a full set of tools

Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day
Preferred:

Experience with agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience working in a shop or field service environment
