Rental Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Rental Coordinator with WCTractor, you'll be the face of our rental operation: the first call customers make and the reason they keep coming back.
Rental Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Actively building and maintaining strong customer relationships while matching clients to the right equipment solutions
- Processing rental quotes, reservations, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency using our company operating systems
- Quickly identifying customer concerns and delivering solutions that leave every customer satisfied
- Delivering a consistently exceptional experience to customers, vendors, and teammates alike
- Representing WCTractor with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride at every interaction
Rental Coordinator Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills -- you genuinely enjoy talking with people
- Strong customer service mindset with prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to plan, problem-solve, and negotiate in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of construction, agricultural, or related equipment a plus
- Comfortable with computers and general business software, including G-suite
