WCS Healthcare is working with the largest community health care clinic who is looking to hire multiple full time LPNs for their Peekskill, NY location.
The clinic specializes in Women's Health, Optometry, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and Primary Care.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 8am-6pm.
- Interviews and maintains patient’s medical records to include: nursing observation; health history to include past and present use of medication; vital signs; vision/hearing tests; medications and treatments given
- Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for out-side labs, perform quality control in accordance with organizational protocols
- Does health teaching as indicated by physician, diagnosis and/or inquires by patient
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/ GED Preferred.
- Vocational/ Technical School/ Diploma Program.
- 2 years in a FQHC fast paced outpatient facility.
- Valid New York State LPN
- License CPR Certification.
