Responsibilities:
- Install refrigeration piping systems for commercial HVAC/R systems
- Verify Pipe elevations, slopes, and supports according to project plans and manufacturer's requirements
- Pressure test piping systems using nitrogen and perform leak detection procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, piping layouts, and mechanical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with startup activities and commissioning support when required
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of commercial refrigeration pipefitting experience
- Experience on commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects
- Proficient in refrigeration installation methods
- Experience with brazing, soldering, threading, and welding
- Knowledge of refrigeration, refrigeration components, and pressure testing
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
