Way Mechanical is currently in need of a Pipefitter Superintendent to join the team!

Requirements:
- Able to pass a drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma
- Current driver’s license
- Proficient in the English language
- Must have Commercial Pipefitting experience
- 7-10 years of experience running Pipefitting projects
- Line out all field employees in the region based on project needs
- Attend bi-weekly Job Cost Meetings with specific answers for every project in the region
- Report to corporate headquarters daily
- Establish a relationship with the regional General Manager and communicate with them daily
- Train your foreman and potential foreman
- Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications
- Prepare, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications
- Full knowledge of chilled water, heating water, condenser water systems, and different materials used
- Work with fellow employees with a respectful and tolerant attitude
- Line out employees each day for your region
- Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines
- Ensure your Foreman fills out Daily Reports, 3 Week Look Ahead, percent complete on project, and make them accountable to turn in employees’ time
- Communicate with Project Managers and Foremen, and the General Manager every day
- Attend on-site meetings with Mechanical and GC when necessary
- Ensure Foreman installs the highest quality product
- Represent Way Mechanical in a professional manner
