Job Description: Airtable Solutions Consultant
Overview: A leading enterprise in the telecommunications industry is seeking a skilled Airtable Solutions Consultant to support the design and deployment of a custom RSE Intake & Portfolio Management System. This system will streamline intake, triage, prioritization, and project tracking across the enterprise, replacing manual tools with structured, data-driven workflows.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Application Build
Architect and implement Airtable applications tailored to the organization's operational needs.
Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions.
Service Delivery
Lead kickoff and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Configure Airtable bases and develop early prototypes.
Design user-friendly interfaces and build robust automations.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback.
Provide training and documentation for seamless handoff.
Project Scope:
Create up to 3 Airtable bases supporting intake and portfolio management.
Develop intake forms with conditional logic to streamline data capture.
Build 10 custom interfaces for various user roles and workflows.
Implement 25 automations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Structure 7 interconnected tables for centralized data management.
Provide full support over a structured ~3-month engagement.
Strategic Objectives:
Reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Accelerate adoption of Airtable as an enterprise-wide project management tool.
Enable long-term self-sufficiency through training and documentation.
Centralize intake tracking, reduce departmental silos, and enhance visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and deploying Airtable solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, interface design, and data modeling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with project intake and portfolio management processes is a plus.
