- Verify material readiness by reviewing the availability of critical raw materials (e.g., aggregates, epoxy) before the start of scheduled production.
- Prepare and distribute accurate drawing packets and production tags to the shop floor in a timely manner.
ERP/Data Management (Infor XA):
- Create and maintain master data in the ERP system, including Part Numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Routings per published SOP’s.
- Update and manage existing BOMs and Routings to ensure accuracy and alignment with current production processes.
- Create Manufacturing Orders (MOs) in response to system demand and customer requirements.

- Analyze labor capacity and coordinate with Supervisors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure timely creation and distribution of all production documentation.

- Track and close manufacturing orders daily, ensuring ERP integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Review and update bills-of-materials for site furnishing products, mix designs, or other products as assigned.
- Verify operation routings and estimated times so work center demand is accurate.
- Conduct daily cycle counts in the plant (Building 1).
