Position Summary:
Wausau Tile is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chamfer Line/Sealing Operator to join our Terrazzo Tile team. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure high-quality terrazzo tiles are produced safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, start, and operate chamfer, sealing, and burnishing equipment.
- Monitor tile production for quality, making machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and assist in mold preparation.
- Follow production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with production machinery.
- Ability to read spec sheets and use measuring tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
