What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Reliability Maintenance Specialist position at Waupaca Foundry?
Picture your day at Waupaca Foundry: You arrive on a 2nd or 3rd shift, open a work order in SAP, scan Indusoft dashboards, and walk the floor. A conveyor hums off-beat—you investigate, isolate the fault, and return the line to full speed with minimal downtime. Before the shift ends, you complete a PM on a press, order parts through the system, and document every step so the next tech can pick up right where you left off.
