POSTED ON 4/3/2026

Shape Your Night: Operate, Improve, and Deliver

As a CNC/Robotics Production Operator, you’ll own the rhythm of our overnight operation. When the floor hums from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on our 2-2-3 rotating schedule, you’re the one setting up CNCs, tending robotic cells, and keeping material moving smoothly — all while driving quality, 6S discipline, and uncompromising safety. This role includes a $2.00/hour shift differential for overnight work.

How your shift unfolds
  • Begin with a safety huddle, verify machine conditions, and organize your cell to 6S standards.
  • Set up CNC equipment and confirm offsets; rotate and replace cutting tools as needed.
  • Run production, monitor quality, and make data-driven adjustments to maintain process capability.
  • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gages; interpret CMM reports and operate the CMM when needed.
  • Quickly troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis for safety, quality, and throughput improvements.
  • Move material with an electric pallet jack and forklift; stage and replenish to keep lines flowing.
  • Complete TPM checks, clean inside and outside of machines, and document findings.

Quality, safety, and organization aren’t boxes to check — they’re how you run your night.
