At Waukesha Lawn Service, we are not looking for someone to simply answer phones. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who wants to help run and improve a highly organized office operation that supports a fast-growing landscaping and lawn care company.

Pay Range: $24 to $29 per hour (based on experience)(Higher consideration for candidates with strong A/R, A/P, and/or home service experience. Salary options may also be considered).
Your Impact in This Role
This position is the heartbeat of our office. You will help ensure our customers, crews, and systems stay aligned and running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer communication
- Oversee scheduling support within Service Autopilot
- Assist with invoicing, A/R follow-up, and payment processing
- Support estimate and work order flow
- Assist with sending estimates using online aerial software and CRM
- Maintain organized customer records and notes
- Coordinate internally with sales and field teams
- Help identify and improve office processes
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (i.e. scheduling)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 3 years in office administration or office management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with computer systems (Google Suite / Microsoft) and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
Strongly Preferred (Stand-Out Candidates)
- Home services or landscaping industry experience
- Service Autopilot experience (CRM)
- QuickBooks experience
- A/R and collections experience
- Dispatching or scheduling background
