Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Creek, WI, for an Inside Sales Engineer. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting sales activities with technical expertise. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external customers to address technical requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in creating Quotations and handling pricing inquiries
- Strong skills in Technical Support and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients
- Excellent communication, customer relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or knowledge of machining and engineering practices is a plus
