- Responsible for building maintenance services interior/exterior follow-up
- Responsible for coordinating marketing and outreach to community

- Responsible for monitoring staff duties i.e., program units of service and timely Client Tracking System (CTS) input and reporting

- Will attend meetings and training related to field
- Serve on project teams and work independently to assist program staff in development, design and implementation of project activities and interventions.
- Act in a liaison capacity between appropriate management personnel and staff, transmitting decisions and information to organizational units as appropriate, as well as outside agencies and organizations. Maintenance of a contact database.
- Maintain, tag and sort documents for assigned projects on appropriate project team sites following WLCAC prescribed governance rules.
- Assemble and prepare information for administrative decisions. Compose project documents and letters to providers and outside agencies that are clear, concise and grammatically correct.
- Meet agreed upon deadlines in a timely fashion and accurately prepares and type deliverables, reports, various project documents, letters, and other material from copy, rough draft, transcribing machine or other prescribed instructions.
- Responsible for audit preparation and outcomes
- Responsible for invoicing and program expense management
- Responsible for in-home service activities including billing and correspondence and liaison with contractor
- Responsible for contractor monitored visits
- Track the production, mailing (including electronic mailing), and distribution of materials including an inventory of products and materials disseminated.
- Conduct research via the Internet including literature searches of clinical and health topics.
- Provide administrative support to Directors (includes ordering supplies, preparing expense reports, submitting travel requests, etc.). Act as secretary in various meetings, writing and distributing minutes.
- Coordinate pre-and post-production activities for all meetings, conferences and education seminars including registration, booth set up, production of event materials, evaluation preparation and tabulation of results, and liaise with co-sponsoring organizations and speakers, etc.).
- Maintain daily calendars for Directors and Project Managers and coordinate specific meetings with other staff and external partners. Create and initiate conference calls and Webinars as needed.
- Prepare support documents needed for project deliverables and assist with documentation and submission of deliverable using the appropriate mechanism (i.e., electronic, hard copy, direct data entry etc.).
- Conduct Internal Quality Control (IQC) monitoring regarding efficiency/effectiveness of activities conducted. Present issues and recommended solutions and take corrective actions as indicated.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
