What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Satellite Store Associate position at Watson's?
We are looking for a Satellite Store Associate to join our growing team and help us maintain our status as the #1 retailer in the pool and spa industry. This position will be the voice for our company with our customers in using excellent Customer Service and Retail skills. Associates will be the driving force of customer satisfaction, receiving inbound calls and overseeing our Satellite Store with excellent communication.
We are currently hiring for:
- Seasonal Summer/ Part Time-evenings, weekends, and holidays are required (approx. 30-35 hours per week)
This position requires:
- Retail experience
- Leadership skills
- Customer service skills
- Pool care knowledge
- Knowledge of pool chemistry
- Highly motivated
- Knowledge of AS400 beneficial
- Must be able to work weekends and closing shift 12pm to 8pm
- Must be able to frequently lift at least 50lb
- Prior experience with pools or water chemistry is a plus
- This is a seasonal position with up to 35 hours during the summer. Possible work in the winter
- Must be willing to float to other stores if needed
- $13-$17 an hour depending on previous retail/pool experience

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
