What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Delivery Manager position at Watson?
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. And we’re not just saying that. We’re glad we’re here too. We are proud of this company and take great pleasure in introducing you to the Watson difference.
We are builders.
For more than 50 years we have designed and built revolutionary and award-winning workplace solutions for some of the most dynamic and innovative companies. Our designs are functional, simplistic, and manufactured with a high respect for our environment and our people. We are proud to source the best talent and materials at our manufacturing facility in Poulsbo, WA.
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager who thrives on execution, coordination, and getting complex work across the finish line.
This role partners closely with the Product Strategy (Discovery) team and the Order Engineering team, serving as the owner of the Product Delivery function. The position leads the operational delivery of New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring products move successfully from development to launch.
The role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring new products are fully prepared for launch. This includes overseeing product readiness across testing, documentation, configuration, training, and organizational handoff.
Working closely with Product Development, Design, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales teams, this leader ensures that all operational requirements are met and that new products are successfully integrated into the business. The role drives alignment across functions, proactively resolves launch risks, and ensures a smooth transition from product development to ongoing operational ownership.
This role is not the primary product visionary or lead engineer. Instead, you are the person who brings structure, accountability, urgency, and follow-through to the process.
You know how to keep teams moving. You ask the hard follow-up questions. You identify risks early. You hold timelines together.
Around here, launch readiness matters and this role helps make sure we get there.
Welcome to The Orchard
This role is on-site at The Orchard, our Pacific Northwest workplace in Poulsbo, Washington.
The Orchard is more than a campus—it’s a living reflection of who we are. Surrounded by towering Douglas firs, winding walking trails, and mountain views, it’s a place designed to support both focus and connection. It’s also where you’ll find dogs padding through the hallways, teammates gathering for table top games and monthly BBQs, and conversations that turn into real, meaningful change.
We believe in investing in growth; yours and ours. At Watson, you’ll find learning and development opportunities that help you stretch your skills, explore new ideas, and turn curiosity into capability.
