What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent & Culture Coordinator position at Watson?
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. And we’re not just saying that. We’re glad we’re here too. We are proud of this company and take great pleasure in introducing you to the Watson difference.
We are builders.
For more than 60 years we have designed and built revolutionary and award-winning workplace solutions for some of the most dynamic and innovative companies. Our designs are functional, simplistic, and manufactured with a high respect for our environment and our people. We are proud to source the best talent and materials at our manufacturing facility in Poulsbo, WA.
The person who helps people feel connected to Watson.
We’re looking for a polished, thoughtful, and highly organized Talent & Culture Coordinator to support how people experience Watson from a candidate’s first interaction with us to the day-to-day moments that shape our culture internally.
This role blends talent acquisition, communication, coordination, and employee engagement. You’ll help us attract great people, create organized and welcoming experiences, support internal communication efforts, and help bring our culture to life through thoughtful events, outreach, and connection points across the company.
You’ll also serve as a key front-of-house presence for Watson — welcoming visitors, supporting incoming communication, and helping create a professional, warm, and organized experience for employees, candidates, customers, and guests alike.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and brings professionalism, emotional intelligence, thoughtful communication, and strong attention to detail — along with a genuine care for helping people feel informed, supported, valued, and connected.
Welcome to The Orchard
This role is 100% on-site at The Orchard, our breathtaking Pacific Northwest workplace in Poulsbo, Washington.

You’ll find towering Douglas firs, winding walking trails, dogs trotting through hallways, monthly BBQs, and spontaneous conversations that turn into real change. It’s a place where people feel connected — to their work and to each other.
Because this role serves as both a culture ambassador and a front-facing representative of Watson, being on-site matters. The relationships, communication, and experiences this role supports happen best in person.
