What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Watson Realty Corp?
Successful and fast-paced Real Estate company is looking for a Administrative Asst to support the Broker and team of licensed real estate agents in multiple offices . This position is in the office, not remote with a work week of Monday thru Friday location.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in the following areas:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Service and Communication both written and verbal
- Embrace technology
- Able to work with and assist in Marketing Concept Development and Scheduling
- Experience with CRM or other Database Management System including email campaigns
- Two to Five years of Data Entry Experience
- Proficient Numerical Skills
- Detail Oriented
Additionally, they need experience in working in a Team Environment and possess a strong work ethic. Previous A/R or A/P and/or Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.
