Title Escrow Officer

This postion is an on-site, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring upcoming transactions and reveiwing all processing information for accuracy.
• Assisting the Processor in resolving titlle defects
• Prepares, reviews and verifies closing documents and works with lender to obtain and prepare package for closing
• Works with Lender at the time of closing thru the closing and funding process
• Prepare and sumbmit closed package to funding/post closing dept.

Requirements

• Expertise in Closings and Escrow processes within residential real estate transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients
• Experience and knowledge of Residentila Real Estate processes and regulations
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Problem Solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document preparation and transaction management
• Thrives in team work and providing service above customers expectations.
