We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is looking for long-term growth, with the potential to advance into an Accounting and/or Office Manager role.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and project teams while serving as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Prior experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to office management and company leadership
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and communications in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, and change orders
- Assist with accounts payable functions, including data entry, invoice processing, and general accounting support as responsibilities grow
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate and organized job files and office systems
- Support general office operations and assist with process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
