Overview
Watson is looking for a Community Management Intern to work with our social team to support the social strategy team and manage communities for designated brand, television, and theatrical campaigns on behalf of brand and film studio clients.

Qualifications:
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative writing skills
- Knowledge of existing and emerging social platforms
- Passion for entertainment i.e. film, television, gaming, etc.
- Social-savvy with a keen interest in pop culture, trends, and social media
- Attention-to-detail and obsession with grammar
- In pursuit of Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications is a plus
- Previous social media management experience is a plus
- Knowledge with social CMS and/or analytics tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Create a daily rundown of social trends, formats, and viral moments to share with the strategy team
- Stay up to date with platform innovations and changes to report back to strategy team
- Facilitate daily community management sweeps, identifying fan, talent, brand, or press posts to interact with and provide engagement recommendations (like, respond, share, etc)
- Research opportunities for real-time content creation
- Learn to report on the growth and engagement of communities as determined by the client
- Participate in brainstorming concepts and social strategy for upcoming projects
- Shadow social strategists and community managers on copywriting, learn to adopt brand voice and tone from project to project
- Work in tandem with community managers on fan sentiment research and reporting
