VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Position Summary
As the company enters a significant phase of growth and operational transformation, the Vice President of Operations will serve as a critical partner to executive leadership, translating ambitious growth goals into scalable, high-performing infrastructure.This leader will oversee manufacturing excellence, ERP implementation (migration), supply chain performance, and team development – building the operational foundation needed to support the next stage of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the President to develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes tied to growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end ERP and CRM implementation — from requirements validation and process design through configuration, testing, change management, and post go-live adoption.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through lean methodologies, OEE improvement, capacity planning, scheduling, scrap reduction, and frontline leader development.
• Strengthen supply chain performance including supplier management, lead-time reduction, MRP health, inventory optimization, and purchasing discipline.
• Own operational KPIs (OTD, throughput, productivity, quality, inventory turns, cost-to-produce) and create reporting visibility through dashboards and accountability routines.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams — building a culture of accountability, structured conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Build and run an operating cadence including weekly/monthly reviews, cross-functional alignment, and root-cause/corrective action discipline.
• Identify capacity constraints and lead initiatives to expand throughput across people, process, equipment, and systems.
Key Experience & Qualifications
• 10 years of progressive operations leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Demonstrated success leading operational scale-up, productivity improvement, and cross-functional execution
• Strong ERP/CRM implementation experience (end-to-end leadership preferred)
• Experience managing managers and building leadership capability
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking paired with execution discipline
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or training strongly preferred
• MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $175,000 - $222,500
