Responsibilities
- Manage the full $1B Capex/Opex program portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and controls
- Drive monthly/quarterly close cycles and prepare executive-level reporting
- Lead Capex stage‑gate reviews and business-case financials
- Partner with Program and Workstream Leads on financial planning, risks, and decision support
- Oversee benefits/synergy tracking with Controllership
- Build reporting dashboards and standard operating mechanisms
- 10 years in Finance with large-scale program portfolio experience
- BS/BA in Finance, MBA Optional
- Expertise in Capex/Opex planning and governance
- Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
- Experience partnering with senior cross-functional leaders
