Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex HR programs supporting enterprise initiatives. Own program governance, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution cadence.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to manage people impacts and execution risks.
- Interface regularly with business leaders to provide updates, drive alignment, and resolve issues.
- Use a strong, confident voice to keep stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines.
- Prepare executive‑ready materials and presentations communicating progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Analyze workforce and program data to support informed decision‑making and timely course correction.
- Apply and continuously improve HR transformation and change execution practices in a regulated, operations‑focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in HR program management, transformation, or large‑scale organizational change.
- Experience supporting workforce transitions.
- Experience working in operations‑driven, multi‑site, global organizations (manufacturing, life sciences, or similar).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
