Artificial Turf Installer (Subcontractor / Crew)
Tampa Bay – St. Petersburg – Clearwater
We are a growing turf company in the Tampa Bay area looking for experienced installers or subcontractor crews to join our team. We provide a steady flow of residential and commercial projects — backyards, pet turf, putting greens, and HOA spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare job sites: remove sod/soil, grade and compact base
- Install synthetic turf, seam tape, adhesive, and infill
- Cut and finish edges for a professional look
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work independently or as part of a crew
Pay
- Paid per square foot ($2.50–$3.25/sf depending on job size and complexity)
- Equivalent to $23–$29/hr based on crew efficiency
- Weekly payment upon job completion
Requirements
- Previous experience installing artificial turf (preferred) or landscaping/hardscaping background
- Access to your own crew and basic turf installation tools (plate compactor, turf cutter, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tampa Bay
- Liability insurance preferred but not required
