Qualifications

Baseline Requirements

• Solid experience in framing, finish carpentry, tiling, and general construction.

• Skilled in kitchen and bathroom remodels, with the ability to execute to code and maintain timelines.

• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a disciplined team.

• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on safety and precision.
