KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching and evaluating various land and title records and information.
- Working in collaboration with other real estate professionals, including real estate closers to help facilitate real estate transactions.
- Preparing various title and abstracting reports and other documents
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance and meeting deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong reading skills.
- Good computer and typing skills.
