About the Position

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Marketing & Media Coordinator to lead and manage the marketing needs of our residential and commercial properties. This person will serve as the creative force behind our property marketing—from professional photography and drone imagery to print materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate marketing efforts for residential and commercial property listings
- Photograph homes, commercial buildings, land, and other properties
- Capture and edit drone photography and video
- Edit property photos and videos to create polished, professional content
- Design brochures, flyers, postcards, advertisements, signage, and other print materials
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, reels, and property highlights
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence across social media platforms
- Coordinate listing launches and marketing timelines with real estate agents
- Develop marketing strategies that help properties stand out
- Maintain consistent company branding across print and digital platforms
- Update website content and property information as needed
- Assist with company advertising, community events, and promotional campaigns
- Stay current on real estate marketing, photography, design, and social media trends
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other marketing-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience or education in marketing, graphic design, communications, photography, or a related field
- Strong photography skills and an eye for composition, lighting, and detail
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with agents and staff
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to photograph properties
Preferred Skills
- Previous real estate marketing experience
- Professional photography and photo-editing experience
- Drone photography or videography experience
- Video production and editing experience
- Knowledge of real estate photography techniques
