The Role
- Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, and production timelines
- Lead Crew Leaders and hold them accountable to standards
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Track job costing and protect company profit
What Success Looks Like
- Projects finish on schedule
- Labor and material budgets are protected
- Crew Leaders perform at a high level
- Clients feel informed and confident
- Problems are identified early and solved proactively
- Company standards are upheld on every site
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years experience in construction or remodeling management
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Financial awareness and job costing knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
