The Role
- Lead 1–3 crew members on residential remodeling projects
- Set the standard for craftsmanship and jobsite cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with clients and management
- Keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Complete daily job status updates
- Protect company tools, vehicles, and materials

- Jobs stay on schedule
- Labor hours stay on budget
- Clients feel informed and confident
- Tools return to the shop daily
- Job sites stay clean and organized
- Problems are addressed early and solved professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of residential remodeling experience
- Proven ability to lead people
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and forward-thinking
- Takes ownership and shows up prepared
