The Role
- Assist the Crew Leader on residential remodeling projects
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
- Respect client homes and property at all times
- Return tools and materials to proper locations daily

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction or remodeling preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
