We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated crew member to join our team at a busy Waterfront Hospitality & Marina in beautiful Lake George, NY. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome passengers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Collect tickets and assist with boarding
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout each trip
- Assist with docking and throwing lines
- Perform routine cleaning and light boat maintenance
- Help set up and execute special events
- Participate in safety training and team operations

What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Bartending, serving, or cash register experience is a plus (but not required)
