Property management company seeks an individual for daily lawn equipment maintenance & together with some hands on experience with multifamily apartment real estate. The position is located in Vestal, NY. The property portfolio consists of 200 plus units among 3 complexes. The candidate will be responsible for working alongside the team and responsible for oversight on apartment grounds, outside grounds, daily maintenance on equipment and will be reporting directly to the on-site property manager. Position is a full-time position with benefits.
