Full-Time Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician
Water Fire Mold Experts is a locally owned and family-operated restoration company proudly serving the Tri-State area. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking full-time Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, helping people during difficult times, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you.
Previous restoration experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and sewage losses.
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged building materials.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers.
- Perform mold remediation and fire/smoke cleaning.
- Take moisture readings and document job progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Complete daily job documentation and photographs.
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Restoration, construction, demolition, mitigation, or other skilled labor experience is preferred but not required.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
