Primary Responsibilities
- Perform water, mold, and structural mitigation services
- Complete demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks as required
- Assist with moisture control, insulation, drainage, and crawl space systems as needed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Accurately document job progress and site conditions
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and management
Qualifications
- Trades background preferred (construction, HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or similar)
- Comfortable working in varied environments, including basements, attics, and crawl spaces
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
