Role Description
Are you someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working hands-on with equipment? We’re looking for a Field Service Technician who thrives in a practical, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work both in the shop and in the field.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our systems to life from assembling and testing equipment at our new Haverhill facility to supporting installations and service work at customer sites. While travel can be part of the role, much of your time will be spent working alongside our team to build and refine equipment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble systems and sub-assemblies with precision
- Perform soldering and wire control panels using schematics
- Read and interpret prints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with production to meet customer and inventory needs
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed systems to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions
- Operate small cranes to move and position components
- Support on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with assembly, wiring, and quality inspection
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a structured, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Education/Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems preferred
- On-the-job training available for the right candidate
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working at a desk and on a computer for extended periods
