Position: Lobby Cashier
As a Lobby Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face of Washman, helping customers with purchases, memberships, and transactions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude
· Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit, memberships, gift cards)
· Provide information about services, specials, and memberships
· Assist customers with questions and ensure a great experience
· Handle lobby phone, incoming emails, and customers in a timely fashion and with professionalism
· Keep the lobby clean, stocked, and welcoming
· Work closely with team members and management to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
· Friendly, customer-first attitude
· Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Cash handling or cashier experience a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!)
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
