The Washington State Ferries (WSF) a Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) currently seeking a Training Documentation & Implementation Coordinator to to support the training and development of over 1,800 employees across our Deck, Terminal, Engineering, and Eagle Harbor work groups. In this role, you will coordinate and document the full life cycle of training programs---ensuring that instructors, facilities, equipment, and materials are in place to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant training. From new employee orientation to specialized safety and certification programs such as STCW, CORE, firefighting, and lifeboat training, you will play a vital part in keeping our workforce prepared, compliant, and operationally ready.
