- Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Fiscal Analyst 4 to serve as the technical lead for accounting functions within the Construction Division, with a primary focus on customer agreements and receivables. This role manages the full lifecycle of agreements and receivables, from development and execution to invoicing, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal accountability. The incumbent will interpret and apply state and agency fiscal policies while guiding staff through highly complex accounting issues. As the Division's senior subject matter expert, this position oversees daily accounting operations, including transaction review, account reconciliation, expenditure monitoring, and fiscal reporting.
