Operating Budget Program Manager

The Washington State Ferries (WSF) a Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) currently seeking an operating Budget Program Manager to manage the financial strategy and daily operations of Washington State Ferrie's $770 million Operating Program, the agency's largest and most critical program. The role is responsible for developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, administering the fuel hedging program, supporting labor negotiations, and providing financial analysis for legislation and initiatives. Working across multiple divisions---including operations, engineering, safety, and maintenance. This position ensures the program's financial health, operational efficiency, and alignment with WSDOT's mission.
